Delete your account

Seekase includes permanent account deletion inside the Android app.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Profile, then open Account settings.
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Read the data summary and type DELETE exactly.
  4. Select Delete account permanently and approve the final destructive confirmation.

The app signs out only after the server confirms deletion. If online photo cleanup fails, deletion stops so owned Storage files are not silently left behind.

What is deleted

Your online Supabase Auth user, public profile, account collections and items, owned item photographs, comments, likes, saves, follows, private conversations and messages, activity and message read state, reports and blocks associated through account deletion rules, private wallet link, Seeker verification state, and derived badges are removed.

What may remain

  • Collections stored only on the phone remain on that phone until app data is cleared or they are deleted locally.
  • Public Solana transactions, including Mainnet daily check-in Memo transactions, are immutable and cannot be deleted by Seekase.
  • Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law, subject to the final public policy.

If you cannot access the app

Use the instructions at seekase.app/support. The verified external deletion-request channel will be activated before public release. Never send a wallet recovery phrase or private key with a deletion request.
