Privacy Policy

What Seekase collects, why it is used, and what remains private.

Seekase is independently developed and operated by KolTigin. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@seekase.app.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Seekase mobile application and seekase.app. Seekase is a social showcase for collectors. It is not a wallet custodian and does not receive or store wallet recovery phrases or private keys.

2. Information we process

Account and profile

Depending on how you sign in, Supabase Auth processes an email address or a wallet-authenticated account identifier. Seekase may store your display name, username, biography, location, interests, profile links, account timestamps, and profile image when that feature is enabled.

Collection content

We store collections, collectible items, photographs, titles, descriptions, categories, subcategories, tags, dates, maker or publisher details, authorship, provenance, stories, and other information you choose to publish.

Social, messaging, and safety activity

We process follows, likes, saves, comments, one-to-one text messages, conversation participants, optional collection or object context, activity and message read state, user blocks, and reports. Messages are readable only by the two conversation participants under the current access rules. Saves, messages, blocks, reports, and report status are private account data. Public interactions and comments may be visible to others.

Technical information

Service providers may process IP address, device and browser information, request timing, crash or security logs, and similar operational data needed to deliver and protect the service.

3. Public content

Current account collections, item details, published item photographs, public profile fields, follows, likes, comments, and derived public badges may be readable by other users or visitors. Do not publish private, confidential, or personally identifying information in collection content.

4. Solana wallet and Seeker verification

Wallet authentication proves control through a signed message. Seekase stores a keyed one-way lookup hash for the wallet identity in a private backend table rather than placing the raw wallet address on the public profile. During verification, backend services temporarily use the wallet address to query Solana Mainnet and an RPC provider. Raw wallet addresses, token accounts, balances, and SGT mint addresses are not published in collector profiles.

Seeker Genesis Token verification stores private hashed verification references, status, and expiry. Public surfaces receive only the derived Seeker badge and its validity period. A daily check-in stores the account, UTC day, network, block time, and public Solana transaction signature. The associated Mainnet Memo transaction is independently visible on the public Solana blockchain and cannot be deleted by Seekase.

5. Service providers

  • Supabase: authentication, Postgres database, Storage, and Edge Functions.
  • Solana network and wallet software: wallet authorization, signed messages, public transactions, and network confirmation.
  • Helius: backend RPC access used for eligible Seeker Genesis Token verification.
  • GitHub Pages: hosting for the public informational website.
  • Cloudflare: authoritative DNS and incoming support-email routing.
  • Brevo: authenticated outbound delivery for the support email address.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain online account data while the account remains active and as needed for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. The in-app deletion control removes owned Storage files first and then deletes the Supabase Auth account; database cascade rules remove associated online profile, catalog, social, direct conversation, message, private wallet-link, verification, and badge records. Device-only collections stay on that device. Public Solana transactions cannot be erased.

7. Your choices

You can edit profile and collection content, remove individual content, sign out, manage the private wallet connection, block users, submit reports, and permanently delete your online account from the app. Regional privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. To make a privacy request, email support@seekase.app or visit seekase.app/support.

8. Age requirement

Seekase is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, contact support@seekase.app.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date and material changes will be posted here.
