The product
What is Seekase?
Seekase is a mobile-first social showcase for collectors. You can organize objects into cabinets, preserve photographs and details, publish selected collections, discover other collectors, and interact through follows, likes, saves, comments, and private messages.
Is Seekase a marketplace?
No. Seekase does not provide checkout, escrow, payments, or investment products. It is built around collecting, presentation, knowledge, and social connection.
What can I collect?
The category system is intentionally open-ended. Books, coins, stamps, art, miniatures, cameras, vintage technology, toys, archival material, and custom categories can all be represented.
Accounts
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account keeps your profile, online catalog, social activity, and safety controls connected. Supported entry methods may vary while the first release is being prepared.
Are phone-only collections uploaded automatically?
No. Device-only collections remain separate and are never silently uploaded to an online account.
Wallets & Solana
Do I need a wallet to use Seekase?
A compatible wallet is the priority entry method on Solana Seeker and is required for wallet verification and on-chain check-ins. Account access through another supported provider does not require a connected wallet.
Does Seekase publish my wallet address?
No. Public profiles show only approved derived states such as Wallet Verified or Seeker Verified. Raw wallet addresses, balances, token accounts, and SGT mint details stay out of the public profile.
What happens during Daily Check-in?
The connected wallet approves one Solana Mainnet Memo transaction. Seekase charges no application fee; the wallet pays the network fee. Only a successfully verified transaction counts, and only one check-in is accepted per UTC day.
Will Seekase ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Seekase and its support channel will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, wallet export, password, or one-time code.
Badges and achievements
How are achievement badges earned?
Achievements are derived from defined account activity such as public collections, catalogued objects, verified wallet state, eligible SGT ownership, and confirmed check-in streaks.
Are achievement badges NFTs?
The badges in the first release are in-app achievements, not NFTs. Seekase is exploring an optional later feature that would let eligible collectors mint selected achievements as non-transferable Solana collectibles. Minting would remain optional and subject to a separate wallet confirmation and disclosed network costs.
Can someone buy a verification badge?
No. Verification badges depend on current proof and are not for sale. Planned soulbound achievement collectibles will not be transferable between collectors.
Privacy and safety
Can I control what becomes public?
Only qualifying published collections and objects appear in public discovery. Account credentials and private wallet details are not part of a public cabinet.
What safety controls are available?
Seekase includes reporting and blocking controls for public interactions and one-to-one messages. Community rules prohibit harassment, impersonation, fraud, exploitation, and illegal content.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion is available inside the app. Instructions and the scope of deletion are also described on the Account deletion page.
