1. The service
Seekase lets collectors create public profiles, organize collections and objects, publish photographs and stories, discover other collectors, and use public comments or private one-to-one text conversations. Seekase is not a marketplace and does not provide checkout, escrow, custody, investment advice, guaranteed valuation, or a guarantee for any trade discussed by users.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Seekase account. You must provide accurate information and protect the credentials or wallet used to access your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. A public username or .skr name does not prove account ownership.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Seekase a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish the content.
You may remove content or delete your account, subject to reasonable backups, safety records, legal retention, content already shared by others, and immutable public blockchain records.
4. Wallets and Solana transactions
Wallets are provided by third parties. Seekase does not control wallet availability, recover wallets, hold private keys, or reverse transactions. Daily check-in creates a Solana Mainnet Memo transaction. Seekase charges no application fee for this action, but the wallet pays the network fee displayed or approved by the wallet. Network fees and public transactions are irreversible.
A Wallet Verified or Seeker badge indicates only the server-verified condition described in the product at the time of checking. It is not an endorsement, identity guarantee, ownership guarantee for collection objects, or financial status.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. These rules apply to public content and private messages. You may not use Seekase for unlawful content or transactions, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate or exploitation, malicious software, unauthorized data collection, security interference, artificial engagement, or attempts to bypass access controls.
6. Reports and moderation
Seekase may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant records when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement. We do not guarantee that all content is reviewed before publication.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or delete your online account in the app. Seekase may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or service protection.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, fail, or be discontinued. Seekase does not authenticate the physical ownership, condition, value, legality, or provenance of user-posted objects unless expressly stated.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seekase is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of data, wallet access, network fees, blockchain events, or user-to-user conduct. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable rights
These terms do not limit consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot be waived under laws that apply to you.
11. Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@seekase.app.
